Ascended Studios (“Ascended,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Ascended, an AI-powered business operating system (software-as-a-service) that helps operators manage conversations, voice AI, CRM, calendars, funnels, and automations.

2. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, purchase a subscription, or use Ascended. By using our website or services, you agree to this Policy.
3. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Account information — name, email, business name, phone number, and login credentials.
- Billing information — billing name, address, and payment-related details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
- Usage data — product usage, device/browser information, IP address, cookies, and approximate location.
- Customer content — CRM records, messages, call metadata, calendar events, and other data you or your team submit into Ascended to operate your business.
- Support communications — emails and messages you send to our support team.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve Ascended
- Process subscriptions, invoices, and payments
- Authenticate users and secure accounts
- Send transactional emails (receipts, account notices, support replies)
- Respond to support requests and prevent fraud or abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
- With your consent where required, send product updates or marketing
5. Payments and Merchant of Record (Creem)
Purchases of Ascended subscriptions may be processed by Creem (creem.io) acting as Merchant of Record. When Creem processes a payment, Creem may collect and process buyer information (such as name, email, billing details, and payment method data) as needed to complete the transaction, issue invoices/receipts, handle taxes where applicable, manage refunds/chargebacks, and meet legal obligations.

6. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers — hosting, email, analytics, customer support, and payment/MoR providers.
- Legal authorities — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate protections.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, security, analytics, and remembering preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.
